Hotel Gift Voucher for Bad Service
I received a hotel gift voucher due to a bad experience I had there. When I first got to the hotel, my room was not ready. I did not arrive early and it was after check in time, so my room should have been ready. I had to sit there and wait for almost an hour after coming in from a long plane ride. All I wanted to do was lie in the bed and rest for a while, but I was unable to do so. When I finally got to my room it was not clean. The bed sheets had not been changed, the bathroom was dirty, and the carpet had not been vacuumed. The manager was very apologetic and offered me a complimentary 2 night stay to make up for the bad experience. I am hoping my next stay at the hotel will be much better than what I experienced before.
